I’m a Nashville-based author, songwriter, and former communications director. I am the Membership Chair for the Women’s National Book Association Nashville Chapter, a member of the Women’s Fiction Writers Association, and a panelist and moderator for the WriterFest Nashville conference. I’ve also owned a horse farm and six horses, which served as inspiration for my debut novel, Backroads of the Heart.

My debut novel is Backroads of the Heart, in which a career-focused young woman unexpectedly inherits a horse farm, but there’s a catch. She must live there a year or she will lose it. Meanwhile, a jealous cousin schemes against her.
